What we collect
- When you book: your name, email address and phone number, the room, date and time you booked, and any questionnaire answers you choose to give (for example how you heard about us). Payment card details are entered into a form provided by Stripe and go directly to Stripe and our booking system Xola; Palace Games never sees or stores your card number.
- When you contact us (contact or team-building forms): the details you type in — name, email, phone, company, group size, dates and message.
- When you sign up for our newsletter: your name and email address, stored in Mailchimp.
- When you browse: standard web-server logs and Google Analytics 4 usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Analytics cookies are set by Google; we do not sell this data.
How we use it
To run your reservation (confirmation, reminders, the digital waiver and your team photo), to answer your inquiries, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to understand how the website is used so we can improve it. We use booking and marketing data to measure advertising (Google Ads conversions) in aggregate.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make the above work: Xola (bookings, waivers, photos), Stripe (payments), Mailchimp (email), Google (analytics and advertising measurement), Cloudflare (hosting). We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it (for example for tax records). Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. You can block analytics cookies in your browser.
Children
Our rooms are for groups aged 16 and over with an adult chaperone for anyone under 18; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We will post any changes here with a new “updated” date.
