Our escape rooms transport your team back to 1915, when the Palace of Fine Arts was created for the World's Fair. Designed by our in-house team of game designers, engineers, artists, and developers, each experience blends storytelling, puzzles, and interactive technology. With four award-winning escape rooms, consistently rated among the best in the Bay Area and internationally recognized, your team will enjoy a world-class challenge that encourages cooperation and shared success.
How Large Group Events Work
Large groups are divided into smaller teams that play concurrently in different rooms — up to 8 per room, and all four rooms at once for 32 people. Rooms start on a slightly staggered schedule, about 15 minutes apart. A typical team event runs 2 to 3 hours including time in the Game Room before or after.

Pricing for Corporate Groups
$425 per room for up to 8 players. Additional players can be added for $40 per person, except in The Attraction, which cannot exceed 8 players. Multi-room pricing:
- 2 rooms: $850
- 3 rooms: $1,275
- 4 rooms: $1,700

Event Space for Meetings, Food, and Social Time
If you want to host a meeting, enjoy snacks and beverages, or extend the fun with a team hangout, we offer our event space The Game Room. You are welcome to bring your own food and non alcoholic beverages or have catering delivered. Our staff will assist with setup while your group plays.
The Game Room
The Game Room features a TV, AV setup, and walls lined with board games. It is ideal for team meetings, off-sites, and casual gatherings before or after your escape room experience. Seating for up to 16 guests.
Rental rate: $195 for 90 minutes. Add 30-minute blocks for $65 each.

Group Event FAQ
Where do we park?
Free parking on Palace Drive and in the St. Francis Yacht Club lot across Marina Blvd, or by Crissy Field. Paid lot behind the Palace at 3381 Lyon St (enter from Palace Drive past our entrance, or from Girard Rd if Palace Drive is gated). Palace Drive runs around the back (west) curve of the Palace; our entrance is the set of large green doors at 3362 Palace Drive.
Can we bring food?
Yes — in the Game Room. Bring your own food or have catering delivered; our staff helps with setup while your group plays. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the escape rooms themselves. Plates, cups, utensils and clean-up are not included.
Can we serve alcohol?
The Game Room is for food and non-alcoholic beverages. If alcohol matters for your event, email us before booking and we will tell you what is possible.
Is the venue accessible?
The rooms involve mild physical activity — walking on uneven surfaces, and in places climbing, crawling or sliding — and each room has at least one chair. Nobody is ever locked in; you can step out at any time. Tell us about any accommodation your group needs when you inquire and we will plan around it.
Can we pay by invoice?
Rooms are normally paid by card at the time of booking. If your company needs an invoice, a W-9 or a purchase order, mention it in the form or email [email protected] before booking so we can arrange it.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
5+ days notice: full refund minus the $25 per-room booking fee. Less than 5 days: full store credit (non-refundable, never expires). Requests after 8 PM count as the next morning. Reschedule yourself from "manage this booking" in your confirmation email up to 7 days out; otherwise call 415-997-8522 x 2 or email [email protected].
